How Returns Work

Email us at support@lushandlust.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Reason for return (optional, but it helps us improve)
• Photos of the product (if applicable)

We'll respond within 24 hours with your return authorization and instructions.

Step 2: Ship It Back

To qualify for a full refund, your return must meet these conditions:

✅ Returned within 30 days of delivery (postmarked date counts)

✅ Clean and in working condition — gently used is fine, but it should be hygienic and functional

✅ Original packaging intact — box, accessories, manuals, everything that came with it

✅ Re-sellable condition — no major damage, missing parts, or excessive wear

Important: Items returned without original packaging, in unsellable condition, or after 30 days may not be eligible for a full refund (or may be subject to a restocking fee).
